Property listing and publishing

What property owners can do

• Create properties as an entire house, flat or apartment, room, shop, commercial space or another supported type.
• Record the full address: lines, locality, landmark, city, state or region, country, postal code and optional coordinates.
• Add floors and units, assign flat, house, room or shop numbers.
• Describe the property, add photographs, amenities, assets and their condition.
• Set rent, a one-time refundable or non-refundable deposit, availability and conditions.
• Manage staff with restricted permissions.

Statuses

A listing moves through draft, pending approval, approved, published, rejected, rented, unavailable and archived. Administrators decide whether approved listings publish automatically and can override this per listing.

Public pages show only approved information. They never show property owner contact details. See RENT MIVIO for landlords or the public listings.
